Avalon Spaces invites Channel Partners (CPs) – real estate consultants, agencies, and brokers – to collaborate and grow with us. We value our channel partners as an extended arm of our sales force and believe in building win-win relationships founded on trust and mutual benefit.
Who can be a Channel Partner? Any registered real estate broker or agency with a good track record and network of clients can apply to become an authorized channel partner for Avalon Spaces. Even new but enthusiastic freelance consultants with a passion for real estate and strong client service ethics are welcome.



Benefits of Partnering with Avalon Spaces
Attractive Commissions
We offer industry-competitive commission structures for sales closed through channel partners. Our pay-outs are timely and transparent. Specific commission percentages will be discussed during onboarding, but rest assured they reward your efforts generously.
Sales Support
Channel partners receive comprehensive sales kits for each project – including brochures, floor plans, price lists, and training on project USPs. Our dedicated CP manager will ensure you have all the information and support needed to pitch Avalon projects effectively.
Marketing Assistance
Avalon Spaces runs marketing campaigns (digital ads, billboards, events) that generate leads. We distribute these leads to our channel partners fairly. We also co-host property expos or webinars – giving you platforms to engage potential buyers. If you as a CP have a significant client event, we may provide show flat access or send a project expert to support you.
Priority Inventory Access
As a trusted CP, you may get early or exclusive access to inventory during pre-launch. This means you can offer your clients first pick of prime units before general release – a great advantage to close deals quickly.
Training & Growth
We conduct regular training sessions on our projects and general sales skills (negotiation, RERA compliance, customer handling). We keep our CPs updated on any new developments, construction progress, or changes in pricing so you’re always in the know. High-performing CPs may also get special recognition and rewards (like holiday packages, gadgets, etc., as incentives).
Transparent Dealings
We uphold transparency not just with customers but with partners. Every lead you register is tracked, and every booking through you is acknowledged to ensure you get your due credit. Our processes (like CP registration forms, client confirmation of CP involvement) are designed to protect your interests.
How to Register as a Channel Partner
Application
Fill out our Channel Partner Registration Form. (This could be a downloadable PDF or an online form.) We typically ask for your agency/company name, RERA registration number (if applicable, since brokers in many states need to be RERA-registered), contact information, and brief background.
Verification
Our team will review your application. We might schedule a meeting or call to understand your business and client profile better. If you’re RERA-registered, provide a copy of your registration certificate for our records.
Agreement
Upon mutual agreement, you will sign a Channel Partner Agreement with Avalon Spaces. This formalizes the partnership, outlines commission terms, code of conduct (e.g., no misrepresentation, adherence to pricing policies), and ensures confidentiality.
Onboarding
We then onboard you with training about our current projects (Avant, Aurora, Ava) – including unique selling points, target customer segments, and selling strategies. You will be introduced to our CP portal or a SPOC (single point of contact) in our sales team for any day-to-day queries.
Start Selling
You’re now ready to introduce your clients to Avalon Spaces projects. You can escort clients to our sales offices or model flats; just inform us and we will arrange a warm welcome. When a client of yours expresses serious interest, register them with us (to lock them as your referral) and we will work closely with you to close the deal.

Regular Updates
You’ll receive project newsletters, inventory updates (which units sold, which are available), and new launch info via email/WhatsApp. We ensure you never have outdated info.

Dedicated CP Manager
Our Channel Partner Manager is always a phone call away to answer questions, arrange for special client needs, or expedite paperwork. Think of them as your inside man in Avalon, making things happen for you.

Site Visit Facilitation
Want to bring a batch of clients for a site tour? We can organize a special site visit event. We’ll arrange hospitality at site – refreshments, a presentation, maybe even pick-up/drop if it’s a big group – to help you impress your clientele.

Marketing Collateral
Co-branded marketing material can be provided if you wish (like flyers with your contact alongside Avalon branding) for your local promotions. We may also feature high-performing partners on our website or events as a show of solidarity.
Code of Conduct
To maintain a healthy ecosystem, we expect CPs to adhere to professional ethics:
Honesty
Do not mislead customers with false promises or unauthorized discounts. Stick to the facts and figures we provide. Always quote the official price and terms – this builds trust.
Respect Territories
If a client is already registered by another CP or approached us directly, we discourage poaching. Our system of lead registration ensures fairness – we honor whoever introduces the client first.
Compliance
As a CP, ensure you comply with RERA (e.g., if RERA requires broker registration, keep it valid; any advertising you do for Avalon projects must include RERA details as per the Act). Avalon Spaces too will include all disclaimers and we expect partners to mirror that professional conduct.
No Cash Transactions
All client payments must be made directly to Avalon Spaces via approved channels (cheque, bank transfer). CPs should not collect money in their own name for unit bookings – this avoids legal issues and confusion. Commission payments from us to you will also be via bank transfer with proper TDS deductions and invoices as needed, ensuring transparency.
